This is the idyllic setting for the Queendom Women's Wellness retreat, a sanctuary welcoming women of every age and background.

Here, in this tranquil space, we gather to embark on a journey inward.  This is a place of shared stories and open hearts.  We come from different walks of life, each carrying our own triumphs and scars.  But within these walls, we are united by a common desire- to heal, to grow, and to embrace the power that resides within each of us.  The air hums with anticipation as we come together, drawn by an invisible thread of sisterhood.  We are mothers, daughters, sisters, friends, all seeking solace and strength in this sacred circle.  This workshop is not just about learning new practices; it's about remembering who we truly are.  It's about peeling back layers of societal expectations and self-doubt to reveal the radiant, powerful women we were born to be.  This is our Queendom, and in this space, we are home.  

At the heart of this transformative journey is our guide, Marie-Love a woman whose wisdom flows as effortlessly as the lake waters outside.  Her eyes, filled with compassion and knowing, reflect years of lived experience and ancestral wisdom. She is a conduit of healing energy, guiding us through ancient practices that awaken the soul.

With each gentle instruction, she leads us deeper into ourselves.

Guided meditations quiet the constant chatter of our minds, allowing us to connect with the stillness within.

Our bodies, often neglected in the hustle of daily life, find release and renewed strength in the flowing movements of emotional healing yoga.

We breathe in unison,with a palpable sense of collective energy.

The practice of energy healing, both ancient and powerful, mends the fragmented parts of ourselves, releasing old wounds and making space for profound healing.

Laughter and tears flow freely in this safe space, as we give ourselves permission to feel deeply and authentically.

We are held by the unwavering support of our fellow journeyers, a tapestry of women woven together by vulnerability and shared strength.

The weight of generational pain lessens, replaced by a sense of liberation and empowerment.  We begin to recognize the power of our own voices, speaking our truths with newfound confidence.  The healing we experience here extends far beyond these workshop walls.  We carry this newfound strength and wisdom back into our lives, radiating it outwards like ripples on the lake.

Retreat Itinerary:

Sunday

10:45 AM Arrival

11:00 AM - Welcome and Introduction

• Making acquaintance with fellow participants, introducing each other one by one.

11:30 AM - Open Dialogue: The Journey of Self-Love

• Interactive conversation about our mothers and upbringing surrounding self-love.
• Discuss how your mother taught you self-love, how the women around you influenced your self-love, and how you practice self-love today.

12:30 lunch break

1:00 PM - Guided Meditations

• Guided meditation to connect with our inner child, followed by an open interactive dialogue.
• Guided meditation to connect with our inner mother, followed by an open interactive dialogue.

2:00 PM - Bonding & Healing: Completion Process Exercise

• Open dialogue healing session about the relationship between our inner mothers and inner children.
• Constructive guidance towards healing the inner child and the inner mother, meeting their needs, finding resolution and resolution.

3:00 PM - Trauma Releasing Yoga

• Release and heal emotional blockages through yoga.

4:00 PM - Break

• 15-minute break with snacks.

4:15 PM - Womb Introduction

• Guided meditation into our womb temple to connect with the conscience of our womb, meeting the divinity within and painting her. Listening to the wisdom she has to impart to  you.

5:15 PM - Queendom Initiation

• Imparting ancient wisdom and intricate secrets of sacred knowledge of the womb cycles and the magic within.
• Learn how to use your gifts and how they can serve and guide you.
• Learn how to use your divine feminine energy to heal yourself and others, and how to use life force power to create the life you desire.
• Understand how to use your womb to transmute energy.

6:15 PM - Dinner Time

• After a day of meditation and yoga, we will share a healthy and delicious supper.

7:00 PM - Generational Healing

• Generational womb healing guided meditation and quantum healing.

7:45 PM - Energetique Hygiene and Protection:

• Discover how to fortify your aura and energetic shield. Establishing energetic hygiene boundaries and protection
• Guided meditation for aura shielding.

8:30 PM - Letters of Release

• Writing letters of all that you want to release, transmute, and burn away.

9:00 PM - Bonfire Ceremony

• Energy releasing completion bonfire, burning the letters.

7:00 AM - Campus Realignment Workshop

• Personalized insights and direction.
• Unlock your potential and make empowered decisions.
• Learn how to connect to your blueprint for confidence in who you are.
• Receive guidance on career orientation, life path, personal skills, abilities, strengths, and gifts.
• Reprogram your inner-guiding system to its original blueprint, ensuring it always guides you right and true.

8:00 AM - Morning Affirmation Meditation

• Holding and embracing our true authentic selves.
• Empowering blessing meditation.

9:00 AM - Healthy Breakfast

10:00 AM - Completion and graduation ceremony

11:30 AM - Healthy Lunch

12:30 PM - Private Consultations

• Private Reiki or psychic readings and wellness plan consultations

• Sunday 1 PM - 10:30 PM Event + Dinner
• Ending Sunday night at 8:30 PM.

Overnight Package - $220

• Sunday event & dinner + room.
• Room can be shared,
• Check out at 10 AM Sunday. (Monday activities not included)

Semi Full Package - $280

• Sunday event & lunch/ dinner + overnight stay + Monday event & breakfast (meditation + manifestation ceremony).
