1. Age Requirement: Please note that as per our booking requirements, you must be 18 years or older to make a reservation. Additionally, you will be required to provide two government-issued identification documents upon request. This is a common policy to ensure legal responsibilities are met by the guest.

2. Identification: We require a valid credit card to be kept on file for the duration of your stay. By providing your credit card information, you agree to be responsible for any damages or stolen items during your stay. These charges will be settled prior to check-out during the final walkthrough.

3. Credit Card and or Security Deposit: Accommodations require guests to provide a credit card on file or a security deposit. This is to cover any potential damages or stolen items during the guest's stay. The amount is typically authorized on the credit card but not charged unless there are damages or missing items. By agreeing to these terms, the guest accepts responsibility for any charges incurred due to damage or theft.

4. Check-in and Check-out: Lastly, it is mandatory for the guest making the reservation to be physically present during both the check-in and check-out process. This is to ensure that the property is in good condition and to address any concerns or questions the guest may have. Cancelation policy:

 

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the checking date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 Days of check-in.
